Who We Are

Advanced Healthcare Staffing Solutions is a healthcare staffing agency in Florence, South Carolina that was established in 2004. Since our inception, our primary goal has been to focus on the needs of our valued clients. We work with both families and long-term care facilities in looking for the right healthcare professionals to accommodate the needs of families or uphold a facility’s standard of care.

For the families we serve, we provide both professional and compassionate services, designed to make those we serve comfortable. We understand how our clients may be apprehensive to invite someone into their own home and take care of their unique needs. However, our staff will continuously work with them in finding a qualified professional who is suitable and compatible to render the services they need. We make it our business to cater to our clients’ schedules and offer in-home assistance, so they are able to maintain their daily routine with few interruptions.

For the long-term care facilities or agencies we partner with, we let them skip the taxing hiring process and do the work for them. Our pool of professionals has gone through extensive screenings and background checks to ensure they are fit to maintain the agency or facility’s brand of care.
